A bird will swiftly fly, cheerfully sing, & fascinatingly interact with other birds. This is a pleasant observation while strolling through a park or lounging at the beach, but when the birds are on your property you can expect significant problems.
Nuisance birds around your property and nuisance birds on your property are two completely different things. Nesting or loafing birds on your property will damage structures or stain items. Not to mention the unsightly mess they leave.
